Your Coaching Journey
While every journey is unique, your initial six sessions will follow this basic structure:

Clear negative influences from significant people in your life, helping you step into your core identity.

Address and clear negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, fear, and guilt, along with any related lingering emotions.
